He has a phD in mineral economics and has been involved in the mineral, energy, power and transport industries for over 30 years. He has held senior management positions in management, finance, planning and operations for public and private exploration and mining companies in North and South America, Europe, Africa and Austral-Asia. His natural resource experience includes base, precious, ferrous and specialty metals, industrial minerals & construction materials, coal, uranium, oil & gas, geothermal, hydro, solar and bio-fuels. He currently acts as an Advisor to the Board for a number of Canadian and U.S. exploration and mining companies
