During the past 2 years, we have:

Acquired 49 mining patents with Bending Lake Iron Group,
optioned 11 patents with the associated 1584859 Ontario Inc and 32 mining
claims (Jan 13/09) with associated Windigo Ridge Resources Inc covering a
50kmē area.

Developed office infrastructure in Thunder Bay and Field
Camp Facilities on the Bending Lake Site.

Held Public Information Sessions with First Nations,
Municipalities, Provincial and Federal Government Officials and
Stakeholders.

Raised $3.354 Million in financing through Union Securities
and an additional $0.934 Million in Flow-Through Funding (July 2008).

Consulting Corporation has completed the Bending Lake NI 43-101 Resource
Estimate
(Fladgate
NI 43-101 Technical Report).
The following work has been completed:

Completed 8 drill holes to confirm historical drill data
and infill gaps in the stratigraphical sequence.

Hired Fladgate Exploration Consulting Corporation to
produce a Historical Qualifying Report on the property, resample and relog
all historical and new drilling to aid in the production of a 3D model of
the property and to produce an independent NI43-101 Inferred Resource.

Hired Zone 14 GeoInfo Solutions Inc to complete digitizing
of historical data.

Hired DST Consulting Engineers Inc to assist with
permitting and environmental reviews.

Hired Behre Dolbear & Company (USA) Inc to complete an
Independent Evaluation of the Bending Lake Project.
